Job summary

Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT, leads hospital-wide patient flow during night shifts, providing administrative decisions in collaboration with charge nurses and the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Requires ADN or BSN, Montana RN license, BLS/CPR and ACLS/PALS (must obtain within 6 months), at least 3 years of RN experience in ICU or ED, and a track record in patient flow management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decisions with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resources during night shifts.
• Interpret and apply organizational policies; organize workflows and delegate tasks.
