Job summary

Acloché LLC partners with a Montana hospital to recruit a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for Great Falls. This full-time, on-site night position provides shift leadership, oversees hospital-wide patient flow, and guides clinical staff in policies and procedures in collaboration with the CNO.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or BSN, Montana RN licensure or eligibility, BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS (within 6 months), and at least 3 years of ICU/ED RN experience with a strong track record

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years hospital RN experience (ICU or ED preferred).
• Experience in patient flow management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making in collaboration with charge nurses, clinical leaders, and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resource assignments, and coordinate inter-department transfers and admissions.
• Direct staff in interpreting and applying policies, organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide feedback.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving complex clinical situations and addressing patient or family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams to ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.
