Job summary

Hire Consulting Services seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT. This role provides shift leadership and operational oversight for night shifts, guiding nursing staff and clinical leaders to optimize patient flow across the hospital.

Collaborate with CNO and other leaders to ensure safe, efficient operations, strong nurse-to-patient ratios, and a cohesive night-time administrative approach. RN leadership and critical care awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or eligibility).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses, clinical leaders, and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resource assignments, and streamline inter-departmental transfers and admissions.
• Direct staff in applying policies, organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide feedback.
• Resolve complex clinical situations, address patient/family concerns, and engage with physicians and support teams to ensure safe operations.
