Job summary

United Future is seeking a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead hospital operations during the night shift in Great Falls, Montana. You will oversee shift leadership, guide staff on policies, and optimize patient flow across the facility.

Collaborate with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer to make administrative decisions, coach staff, and resolve conflicts. A strong RN background in ICU or ED and leadership experience are essential for maintaining safe, efficient

Qualifications

• RN leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Minimum 3 years hospital-based RN clinical experience (ICU/ED preferred).
• Experience with patient-flow management and resource coordination.
• Leadership in clinical settings with policy interpretation and staff coaching.
• Strong critical thinking, conflict management and crisis prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and the CNO.
• Optimize patient flow, manage nursing resource assignments, and streamline transfers/admissions.
• Direct staff in applying organizational policies, organize workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor productivity.
