Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Montana (or eligible).
• BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years of hospital RN clinical experience; ICU/ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with charge nurses and CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments across departments.
• Direct staff in applying policies; organize workflows, delegate tasks, monitor productivity.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams for safe operations.
