Job summary

Eaton is hiring for an Assembly Technician II at the Greenwood, SC facility to build and wire medium/high voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will follow drawings, complete checks, and support engineering with development tasks while coaching teammates.

Expect evenings with a 4:30 pm–1:30 am shift and a 3:30 pm–7:30 pm Friday schedule; first 90 days on first shift for training. Eligible for a variable pay incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Safe use of hand and air tools.
• 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefit offered; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.
• SCMC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify work per guidelines for high voltage assemblies.
• Mount electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Fill ISO, quality, and customer checklists as required.
• Inspect assemblies for hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and development needs.
• Train and coach colleagues to share knowledge.
