Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience using hand and air tools in manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• No relocation; candidates within 50 miles considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• SC Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing drawings and procedures per supervisor guidance.
• Complete ISO, quality, and production checklists as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Regularly lift and assemble heavy copper parts.
• Report shortages to Kanban inventory operators.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and customer adjustments.
• Assist engineering, drafting and supervision with development work.
• Train and coach colleagues to transfer knowledge.
