The position offers a 1st shift from 5 am to 3 pm, with a $20.00 hourly rate and eligibility for a variable incentive program. Prior manufacturing experience and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hand and air tools.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience in industrial setting.
• Basic computer skills required.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles preferred; military candidates exempt from area restriction.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify components per guidelines for medium/high voltage assemblies and related sub-assemblies.
• Follow manufacturing information, drawings, and supervisor instructions to established procedures.
• Complete ISO/quality/customer checklists and production records as required.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Lift and handle heavy copper parts.
• Report shortages to Kanban inventory operators.
• Inspect assemblies for hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and customer requests; support engineering and development work.
• Train and coach colleagues to share knowledge and build skills.
