Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify assemblies including medium/high voltage equipment and related sub-assemblies.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and procedures to perform wiring operations.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wiring tasks as required.
• Lift and handle heavy components, following safety practices.
• Complete ISO documentation, quality checks, and production records accurately.
• Maintain Kanban inventory levels and report shortages.
• Inspect assemblies for proper installation, completeness, and cleanliness.
• Assist engineering and supervision with development initiatives and knowledge transfer.
