Eaton is seeking an Assembly Technician II for its Greenwood, SC facility. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying high and medium voltage assemblies, breakers, and sub-assemblies according to drawings and procedures.

The position pays $20.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Core hours are Mon–Thu 4:30 pm–1:30 am and Fri 3:30 pm–7:30 pm. Training on first shift for about 90 days; variable pay incentives are available. Safety and quality are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience with hand and air tools.
• Basic computer skills required.
• No sponsorship for this position.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, wire and modify assemblies per drawings and procedures.
• Complete ISO quality and production checklists as required.
• Install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations.
• Lift and handle heavy components and verify assembly quality.
• Support engineering and supervision with development work.
• Train and coach colleagues to transfer knowledge.
