Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Technician II - MVA Wireboards for its Greenwood, SC facility. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying medium/high voltage assemblies per drawings and guidelines, including breakers and sub-assemblies.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with hand and air tools, and basic computer skills. Training on first shift may occur during the initial period, with a variable pay incentive program available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Skilled in the knowledge and safe use of hand and air tools.
• 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify work per guidelines for medium/high voltage assemblies.
• Follow drawings, instructions, and procedures to build components.
• Mount and install electrical equipment; perform wire operations as needed.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, report shortages, and support engineering.
• Train and coach colleagues to transfer knowledge.
