The Fremont Senior Living in Springfield, MO seeks a Memory Care Support Partner who fosters empathy, observes residents closely, and creates engaging daily routines. You will guide residents through their day, collaborate with the team to tailor engagement plans, and document changes in condition with precision.

This part-time, on-site role requires English proficiency, a high school diploma, and physical stamina to assist with resident mobility.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy for communication with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Be an advocate of empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Act as a patient observer to learn residents' interests and needs.
• Apply the art of mise en scène to prepare dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for daily activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and promptly.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
