The Boulevard Senior Living St. Peters is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Saint Peters, MO. The part-time role focuses on empathetic resident interaction, accurate documentation, and daily engagement plans for residents in memory care.

Responsibilities include observing resident needs, coordinating with the team, and ensuring safety during lifts and mobility. Minimum 18 years old with a HS diploma and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Advocate empathy by creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a patient observer to learn residents’ interests and abilities and implement engagement plans.
• Manage the Mise en Scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms to support daily routines.
• Serve as a Life Partner, helping residents with daily activities from wake-up to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
