The Fremont Senior Living in Springfield, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (PRN). You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and engage them through planned activities, guiding daily routines with compassion.

Your role includes documenting care, supporting the memory care team, and creating meaningful engagement plans to ensure resident comfort and safety. Competitive wage and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English literacy with residents required.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and develop engagement plans.
• Prepare spaces and settings to support daily activities and events.
• Support residents across daily living from waking to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
