Job summary

Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (part-time) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a memory care setting. You will advocate empathy, observe resident needs, and help develop tailored engagement plans while maintaining accurate documentation of care and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advocate of Empathy and build human connection with residents.
• Act as a Patient Observer to understand residents' interests and abilities and help create engagement plans.
• Set up environments and routines to support residents, including breakfast, events, and night routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from morning wake-up to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition clearly and accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
