Job summary

Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking an Overnight Closer to deliver exceptional member experiences at the front desk. You will greet members, sign up new members, conduct tours for prospects and handle routine accounts updates. You will also close the shift and prepare deposits for the next day.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a passion for fitness, reliability, and strong communication skills to serve members and teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude!
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact professionally with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with empathy and problem solving.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign-ups, tours for prospects.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for that business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
