Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Check members into the system and assist with sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours and answer questions.
• Respond to member questions and concerns, escalating as needed.
• Close shift for the business day and create a bank deposit.
