Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver a high level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. You will close the day by finalizing shift tasks and preparing the bank deposit, ensuring accuracy and a positive handoff to the next day.

Greet and assist at the front desk, process sign-ups and tours, update member accounts, respond to questions promptly, and maintain a clean club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School diploma or GED.
• Passion for fitness and health with a positive attitude.
• Punctual and reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and give tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Escalate issues to management as needed and maintain club cleanliness.
• Close the shift and create the bank deposit for the next day.
