Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign-up new members, conduct tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Keep the club neat and clean.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
