Job summary

StickerGiant is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Night Shift to coordinate all overnight floor activities, lead a team of leads, operators, and associates, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will make real-time staffing and process decisions while driving continuous improvement and maintaining safety and QA standards.

You are the on-site senior leader overnight, responsible for scheduling, training, performance management and escalation of issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of direct team/people leadership experience.
• OSHA 10 certified (required), OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing floor leads, operators and associates assigned to your crew.
• Coordinate crew assignments and daily workflow; adjust staffing to meet production priorities.
• Lead stand-up meetings at shift start and participate in Safety Team meetings.
• Oversee QA/QC standards and ensure product/process quality.
• Maintain visible, open communication with all team members and leadership.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals; monitor progress and drive improvements.
• Oversee training, coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Ensure procedures and policies are understood and followed across the crew.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards on site.
