Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the night shift in a leading food manufacturing environment. You will oversee nightly production, ensure GMP compliance, drive safety, and lead a team to deliver high quality output while improving productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Competitive benefits and a performance bonus support growth.
