Pretium Packaging in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a Night Production Supervisor to lead a 50+ person manufacturing team on a rotating schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, after initial training on day shift.

You will drive safety, quality and productivity, use production reports to guide decisions, and partner with Maintenance and Quality to meet KPIs while fostering 5S, Kaizen and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of production supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Must be able to coach employees, build relationships, and hold teams accountable.
• Must be able to read, understand, and use production reports to support decisions.
• Must have strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be flexible to cover other supervisors/shifts when needed.
• Experience using production management software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety requirements and promoting a safe environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise 50+ employees across the assigned production shift.
• Build strong relationships with employees, leadership, Maintenance, Quality, and other plant teams.
• Drive production performance across KPIs and take ownership of improvement opportunities.
• Review and utilize production reporting to identify issues and support decisions.
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor and cover other supervisors as needed.
• Promote safety, quality, and housekeeping with 5S practices.
• Lead projects to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve productivity.
