Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience with assembly, grinding, stamping, or CNC.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production management and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work permanent night shift schedule.
• Relevant certification or degree would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule night shift production activities.
• Ensure production activities comply with policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance and provide guidance to the team.
• Oversee assembly, grinding, stamping, and CNC processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety.
• Identify and resolve production issues with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments and report on performance.
