Vertex Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations to lead overnight to early-morning shifts in a cGMP-driven facility in the United States.

The role focuses on set-up, operation, cleaning, and record-keeping across multiple shifts with emphasis on compliance and efficiency. The candidate will supervise on-shift personnel, coordinate with QA, and maintain audit-ready documentation while driving continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of cGMP in development and commercial environments.
• Experience executing and reviewing batch records and MBRs.
• Ability to coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and other functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
• Assign work to shift personnel based on production plans.
• Oversee cGMP activities including equipment setup, operation, cleaning.
• Execute and witness batch record instructions for compliance.
• Perform real-time on-the-floor batch record review.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to support operations.
• Maintain audit-ready facility and ensure SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with QA Document Control for MBRs.
• Lead and attend Tier 0/1 meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
