Job summary

StickerGiant is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for 2nd shift to support day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing areas. You will help set up workflows, train operators, and ensure adherence to safety and QA standards on the shop floor.

As a key lead, you will communicate with supervisors, monitor bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a high standard of product quality. This on-site role offers a clear schedule and opportunity for overtime.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School education or equivalent.
• 2 years of direct machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment and/or with the advanced knowledge of operating a minimum of 2 digital machines.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment (24 hour turnaround on product).
• Passion for maintaining health and safety requirements.
• Attention to detail related to product quality and machine process quality.
• Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes, and procedures.
• Basic math skills and superb attention to detail and product quality.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time on a daily basis.
• Interest and ability to grow professionally with support from StickerGiant.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support across multiple functional manufacturing areas and daily workflow execution.
• Visually observe the manufacturing floor to identify bottlenecks and communicate with supervisors and machine operators.
• Maintain knowledge of machines, processes, and maintenance requirements.
• Assist supervisors with daily stand-ups and shift transfers.
• Be the main point of contact for information and guidance on shop items.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policies are followed and report discrepancies.
• Monitor and improve station efficiency and product quality.
• Investigate product defects and document reports; support process improvements.
