Job summary

StickerGiant seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Day Shift to oversee the B crew and coordinate all floor activities. You will lead leads, operators and floor associates, acting as the primary link between floor operations and site leadership on safety, quality and performance.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, manage workflow, and ensure adherence to safety standards while supporting cross-department coordination and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Supervise manufacturing floor team and ensure safety and QA compliance.
• Lead stand-ups and coordinate cross-functional communication.
• Support training and mentoring to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee manufacturing floor leads, operators and associates.
• Coordinate crew assignments and daily workflow to meet production priorities.
• Lead Tool Box Meetings and participate in Safety Team meetings.
• Oversee quality standards and QA/QC for products and processes.
• Maintain visibility and open communication with all team members.
• Drive process improvements and remove obstacles to performance.
• Train and coach team members; handle hiring and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and track progress.
