DSJ Global is seeking an Operations Manager for the night shift to lead production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee safety, quality, and throughput while developing a high-performing, engaged team.

The role requires a strong people leader capable of making quick operational decisions, coaching frontline supervisors, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading hourly production employees.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and make decisions quickly.
• Experience in food manufacturing or high-volume operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production activities during the assigned shift to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide full-shift leadership and make critical operational decisions.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders and hourly staff.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and support functions to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build an engaged team with accountability and operational excellence.
