Taghleef Industries, Inc. is seeking an Operations Facilitator for the night shift to oversee a team of hourly employees in a high-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet work instructions and customer deadlines.

As the first-line supervisor, you will assign work, train staff, monitor safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement while reporting production performance and coordinating resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required, an associate degree is highly preferred.
• Prior Operations/Manufacturing experience is required.
• Must be able to work in a moderately heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work on a 3-night rotating 12/hour shift.
• Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate employee training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Lead night shift, assign tasks, and monitor production against schedules.
• Ensure safety rules, proper tool use, and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain production documentation and report progress to management.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving within the team.
