Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. (LDI) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator II for its Fort Worth, TX facility. You will support machine operators in setup, perform quality checks, and help maintain efficient production of corrugated products. Occasional involvement with finishing machines.

The role reports to a Production Supervisor and requires the ability to lift, stand, and work overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is acceptable with relevant manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Able to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders per customer specifications and prepare tools.
• Support quality checks by inspecting first articles and ongoing items.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime; communicate issues to leaders.
• Assist with minor equipment repairs in coordination with maintenance.
