Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator I at our Fort Worth area facility. You will support machine operators, assist with setup, perform quality checks, stack orders, and communicate issues to maximize efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED (or 1+ year manufacturing experience) and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read, follow and complete detailed work instructions.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders per customer specifications and readiness.
• Support quality checks by inspecting articles and first articles for issues.
• Monitor production metrics and communicate progress and downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with leadership to minimize downtime.
• Assist with minor repairs in partnership with maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
