Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator I to support our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing site. You will assist with setup, quality checks, stacking, and communication of issues to improve efficiency.

The role reports to a Production Supervisor and requires basic math, reading instructions, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up orders and ensuring correct tooling for production.
• Support machine operators during quality checks and document results.
• Monitor production metrics and report downtime or maintenance needs.
• Communicate equipment issues to leaders and help troubleshoot.
• Assist with minor repairs in partnership with maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
