Job summary

Liberty Diversified International in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator II to support our packaging production teams. You will help set up orders, perform quality checks, stack finished goods, and communicate issues to maximize uptime and quality.

This full-time role reports to a Production Supervisor. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with shift differential; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience applying basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Able to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of orders according to customer specifications.
• Support machine operators during quality checks and inspections.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime.
• Communicate equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Assist with minor repairs with maintenance team.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
