Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years people management and operational leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP, and ERP software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees assigned work centers on-shift production execution.
• Leads and develops Team Leads, module specialists, and technicians.
• Responsible for meeting area staffing targets and performance management.
• Drives Quality, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reports operational performance and risks to senior leadership.
