Job summary

ASML in San Diego, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for the 2nd shift. This hands-on working leadership role blends direct manufacturing responsibilities with people leadership to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will supervise 5–9 direct reports, participate in assembly and test activities, and coordinate daily production while coaching and developing the team. On-site role with standard shift timing and overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/ops experience, with hands-on leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5–9 direct reports with day-to-day direction and development.
• Lead assemblers and test technicians in a fast-paced environment.
