Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a technical field with significant experience; or Bachelor with extensive related experience.
• Proven track record in supplier/manufacturing quality, lean, six sigma, ISO auditing or SPC.
• Experience in a global technology manufacturing/quality environment.
• Hands-on leadership to drive and sustain changes.
• Ten years' experience in related areas; experience leading teams.

Aufgaben

• Contributes to Q&E strategy and annual department plan.
• Drives quality roadmap and KPI alignment across the group.
• Manages quality engineers and inspectors and drives performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Leads Quality Review Board and deploys quality programs.
• Engages with internal/external stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
