ASML is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to strengthen manufacturing performance, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement across factory operations. You will mentor engineers, lead scalable production solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, data-driven decision making, and leadership across manufacturing processes in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production/ manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
• Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive new product introduction activities and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for complex production issues and root cause investigations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Define and standardize manufacturing workflows across production areas.
• Mentor and develop engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and program teams to solve systemic challenges.
