Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician for front end night shifts.

You will perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance on beverage manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and drive continuous improvement while upholding GMP and safety standards. The role requires reading blueprints, handling PLCs, and maintaining accurate work order documentation.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and work with machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Work without supervision.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Data analysis and identification of trends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and food safety standards as per corporate/customer/governing bodies.
• Report problems with FSMS to responsible managerial employees to initiate corrective actions.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery for malfunctions (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production supporting equipment (glycol system, RO system, compressed air system, lubrication systems, chemical distribution).
• Use innovative thinking to minimize downtime and ensure safety and quality.
• Document and retrieve final approvals on work orders with part numbers for inventory.
• Communicate maintenance information between shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues quickly.
