Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician for night shift in Lakeland, FL. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on beverage production equipment, troubleshoot PLC-based systems, and support line changeovers to maximize uptime.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Join our Refresco team to contribute to manufacturing excellence with strong safety and quality

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance required; preferably food and beverage manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair skills required.
• Licensed or certified on at least one piece of equipment such as boiler, seamer, filler, etc.
• Candidates will be required to take a Mechanical (Electrical) Skills and Aptitude Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, PPE, and SQF requirements.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on beverage production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and PLC equipment failures.
• Respond to production line stoppages and coordinate technical resources to restore operations.
• Apply root-cause analysis with QA and engineering teams.
• Inspect, repair, and replace machinery components to maintain standards.
• Use predictive maintenance technologies to identify potential failures.
• Operate and test repaired machinery for proper function.
• Support equipment setup, startup, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Provide SME guidance for at least one production equipment or system.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize interruptions.
• Maintain CMMS documentation.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
• Train junior technicians and operators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
