Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain beverage manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot hydralics, pneumatics, electrical and PLC systems, and handle line changeovers. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced plant.

This position requires reading blueprints, following GMPs, and collaborating with production to minimize downtime. Overtime and weekend hours may apply; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read machinery blueprints and parts manuals.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies while in production areas.
• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Document work orders and track used parts.
• Coordinate with production during downtime.
• Train other maintenance personnel.
• Communicate shift information to relieving shift.
