Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for front-end night shifts in Tempe, AZ. You will perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance on beverage equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and uptime.

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC skills are required. The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in manufacturing maintenance, with forklift certification and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must understand GMPs and food safety requirements.
• Able to read blueprints and parts manuals.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Must obtain forklift certification.
• Strong problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, GMPs; wear PPE in work areas.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems.
• Maintain production supporting systems (glycol, RO, air).
• Train other maintenance staff and communicate downtime.
