Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Batching Blending Technician for Back End Nights in Tempe, AZ. You will operate batching and blending equipment, ensure SAP-based material tracking, and maintain GMP-compliant sanitation.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, following safety protocols, and working a rotating schedule including nights. The company offers competitive pay ($19.53–$24.00 per hour) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to read and follow batching instructions and formulas.
• Capable of handling measurements and data entry with accuracy.
• Must meet safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching and blending equipment per SOPs.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and quality specs.
• Record batch data and samples for QA review.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP on lines.
• Assist with loading and unloading bulk concentrates.
