Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the nights shift in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on minimizing equipment downtime through thorough troubleshooting and repair of production lines and plant systems, including chillers, compressors, RO water systems, and packaging equipment.

You will work with operators and maintenance teams to resolve issues, complete work orders, and ensure safety and reliability on all equipment.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, drawings and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
• Maintain control systems and operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing equipment
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at facility
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per defined processes
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with teammates to complete repairs safely and promptly
• Create and report repairs throughout shift
• Complete work order paperwork and document parts usage
• Follow plant safety rules and wear PPE as required
• Regular attendance is essential for uptime
