Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Representative in London, KY to provide creative solutions that exceed driver and customer expectations. The representative will ensure pick-up and delivery requirements are met while maintaining an excellent safety record and retaining drivers.

This full-time, on-site role operates on the third shift (Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.). You will collaborate with drivers, resolve issues, and support training and pay inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with drivers to meet customers’ needs.
• Resolve customer service issues, cargo claims and equipment problems.
• Schedule required training sessions for drivers.
• Answer pay settlement questions from drivers.
