Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or system platforms.
• Provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and order issues.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
• Process and monitor incoming customer orders; coordinate with warehouse and transport teams.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, shipping documents, and reports.
• Liaise with warehouse, operations, and drivers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on delayed shipments or operational issues and support during peak periods.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with SOPs and logistics procedures.
