Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Operations Specialist in Wilmer, TX to coordinate with drivers, improve day-to-day processes, and boost business efficiency using tracking systems and collaboration with team members.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and at least 1 year of operations experience. This is an on-site, full-time position on the third shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assign freight to company drivers.
• Ensure optimal use of driver capacity.
• Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers.
• Work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise.
