Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to comply with policies and procedures for sales, safety, and cash handling.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, stock, and presentation of store areas.
• Ability to assist with shift coverage across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Assist with shake/malt preparation, ice cream, sundaes, sodas, and packaged items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, milk box, and freezers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned by Management.
