Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth store operations. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports multiple shifts, with a Full Time schedule (37-40 hours per week).

Pay is $13.50–$15.25 per hour, and the position requires the ability to manage POS/gas sales, stock levels, cleanliness, and safety protocols while following company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare DipSide items and beverages as needed.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Maintain stock levels and presentable dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers.
• Monitor safety and security procedures; follow tobacco/alcohol rules.
