TriCore Reference Laboratories is seeking Laboratory Scientists for Lovelace Regional Hospital in Lovelace, NM. The role involves performing waived to high-complexity laboratory tests to aid diagnosis and treatment, with duties including equipment maintenance, QC data logging, and QA oversight.

On-site shift schedule may include nights, holidays, and on-call rotations. There are multiple LS levels (I–IV) with progressive education and experience requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in biological, or chemical science from an accredited institution.
• Associate’s degree in laboratory science (biology or chemistry) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• CLIA regulation qualifications for Laboratory Scientist levels (LS I–IV) as described in the posting.

Responsabilidades

• Performs laboratory testing with independence and accuracy.
• Notes abnormal results and informs supervisor or pathologist as appropriate.
• Operates and maintains laboratory equipment and QC/QA processes.
• Participates in regulatory inspections and inventory management.
• May train new staff and assist with POCT oversight and testing.
