Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories is seeking Laboratory Scientist candidates for roles at Lovelace Women’s Hospital. The positions cover LS I–IV levels with responsibilities spanning waived to high complexity testing, QC oversight, instrument maintenance, and regulatory support.

The team works Monday–Thursday with shift variations; there are opportunities across multiple sites and shift types. The hospital environment emphasizes accuracy, safety, and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or chemical science.
• Associate’s degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology.
• 60 semester hours with chemistry and biology coursework.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document clinical laboratory testing with independent judgment.
• Monitor QA/QC data and take corrective action as needed.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and interfaces.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and training of staff.
• Liaise with internal/external customers and attend to POCT oversight duties.
