Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Knowledge of local/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with site operations and business goals.
• Talent Management: Drive recruitment, development, and retention strategies for on-site staff.
• Employee Relations: Advise on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliant workplace.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and coaching for on-site staff.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Keep policies up-to-date and compliant with laws.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HRIS to produce reports for leadership.
• Culture and Engagement: Enhance employee engagement and retention through programs.
• Safety First: Enforce safety rules and escalate noncompliance when needed.
